These terms govern your use of the FrameDiff preview service. By using FrameDiff, you agree to them.

Preview service

FrameDiff is currently an early-access product. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We will use reasonable care to keep the product reliable, but it is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

Your content

You retain ownership of repositories, media, compositions, and other content you provide. You grant FrameDiff only the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit that content at your direction.

Acceptable use

Do not use FrameDiff to violate the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or access another person’s workspace without permission. You are responsible for content and activity under your account.

Third-party services

Google, GitHub, Supabase, Amazon Web Services, and other connected services have separate terms. FrameDiff is not responsible for changes or outages in third-party services.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameDiff is provided “as is” without implied warranties. FrameDiff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this preview service.
